Monthly Membership (30 calendar days) provides unlimited automatic car
washes during each month your membership remains active. This membership is
limited to certain number of subscriptions according to service capacity of our
facilities.
As a Monthly Member, you understand that the credit card provided will be
automatically billed each month until the membership is timely cancelled or is
otherwise terminated by Autocare LLC DBA AutoCare. No prior notification of
such charges will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case
Autocare LLC DBA AutoCare will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to
payment being collected through notice posted at the website or direct contact
through the email and/or mobile number you provide at time of registration for
the program. By becoming a Member, you agree to waive any and all rights to
withhold and/or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as
described in your agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
Membership may be canceled at any time. Cancellations must be made online at
least five (5) days prior to the conclusion of the then running 30-day
membership.
If you fail to timely cancel the membership within the first 25 days of service
subscription, the cancellation notice will become effective at the end of the
following month, and you will be charged for that month. If a Member decides to
downgrade a membership prior to the 30-day end period, such change will
become effective immediately. No refunds will be provided in this event and a
credit will be applied to the next billing cycle. If a Member decides to upgrade
a
membership within the 30-day period, the upgrade will become effective
immediately. The price difference will be prorated and charged for the remainder

Autocare LLC DBA AutoCare reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the
program and/or prices, from time to time as it feels necessary and can cancel
your monthly membership plan for any reason it deems pertinent. If the monthly
charge is declined by the card processing system and you fail to correct the
situation, the membership will terminate immediately. From time-to-time
circumstances out of our control may affect the availability of services, such
as preventive maintenance, inclement weather, absence of utility services, or
failure of internet service. Autocare LLC DBA AutoCare will not be held
responsible for lost days during membership period.
Vehicles used for commercial purposes such as (But not limited to) UBER, Lift,
taxis, public transportation, Ride Hail & Sharing services will be excluded
from the membership program. If we identify such uses, the membership will
terminate immediately with no reimbursement provided.
Only the vehicle/s listed on the customer information account is/are eligible
for the program. Members must make changes online to add / remove membership
vehicles as needed.
By entering your mobile number and/or email address, you consent to receive
mobile notifications and/or email communications from Autocare LLC DBA AutoCare
for promotional and marketing offers as well as communication in any
changes to terms and conditions of this program.
In the event your payment for the membership is withdrawn, charged-back or
otherwise refused by the corresponding credit card or banking institution, you
will
be responsible for costs and expenses incurred by Autocare LLC DBA AutoCare,
including all attorneys’ fees sustained in any efforts carried out to collect
any
monies due. In no event those costs, or expenses will be less than $100.00.
Should Autocare LLC DBA AutoCare opt to file suit against you for any reason
regarding the performance of you member obligations, or should you decide to
resolve any issues involving your membership, the action will be exclusively
subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and filed before the
Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico in Bayamon.
